POSTI PALVELUT OY:N UUDENMAAN ALUEEN VARHAISJAKAJIEN LUOTTAMUSMIEHEN EHDOLLEASETTELU

Nykyinen luottamusmies jättää tehtävänsä helmikuun lopussa 2022. Luottamusmiehen toimikausi on normaalisti kaksi vuotta ja tästä ajasta on jäljellä jakso 1.3.2022 - 31.12.2022. Covid-pandemiasta johtuen liitto on ohjeistanut, että ehdolleasettelu voidaan toimeenpanna kirjeellisesti. Näin toimimme.

Luottamusmieheksi voi asettua ehdolle alueella työskentelevä jakajajäsen, Teollisuusliitto/HKY. Tehtävä on kokopäivätoiminen ja luottamusmies on vapautettu jakotyöstä. Ehdolle voi asettua itse. Voi myös ehdottaa tehtävään toista henkilöä, jolloin ehdotetun on annettava suostumuksensa. Ehdotetun ja ehdottajan on oltava alueella työskenteleviä jakajajäseniä, Teollisuusliitto/HKY.

Ehdolle asettelu alkaa 18.1.2022 ja päättyy 2.2.2022 klo 17.00, jolloin ehdotusten ja suostumusten on oltava perillä hky.jakajat@gmail.com sähköpostissa tai postitse lähetettyjen Kirjan talolla (osoite HKY/sanomalehdenjakajat työhuonekunta Kirjatyöntekijäinkatu 10 B 4 krs 00170 Helsinki)

EARLY MORNING DELIVERY NOMINATION FOR SHOP STEWARD CANDIDATES FOR POSTI PALVELUT IN UUSIMAA AREA

Alvaro Corredor Ochoa will no longer continue as shop steward after February 2022.

The period of mandate of the shop steward is two years according to the collective agreement, and the actual mandate would have ended on 31.12.2022. Therefore the period of mandate for this election will be from 1.3.2022 to 31.12.2022.

Due to the covid-19 restrictions, the branch has been instructed from the Industrial Union that this call for nominations should be arranged by letter or email instead of a physical meeting.

Any candidate as a shop steward must be a worker member of the Industrial Union/HKY working in the Uusimaa area (Espoo, Kauniainen, Helsinki, Vantaa, Sipoo, Porvoo, Loviisa).

The position is full-time and released completely from delivering according to the existing local agreement.

The nomination process begin on 18.1.2022 and it will end on 2.2.2022 at 5 p.m. (17.00).

All candidates must confirm their candidacy in written form to the electoral commission. Members of the Industrial Union can also propose other members for the position. The proposed person must send his/her approval by email (by using his/her own email) or by postal mail to the address below.
